Identification of the Critical Enablers for Perishable Food Supply Chain Using Deterministic Assessment Models

Today’s perishable food supply chains must be resilient to handle volatile demands, environmental restrictions, and disruptions in order meet customers’ requirements. The enablers of the chain have not yet been explored. In this paper, a bibliometric systematic literature review has conducted identify articles related chain. Next, with these identified articles, map is created bibliographic data using Vosviewer network visualization software, then were by conducting keyword co-occurrence analysis. Later, total interpretive structural modeling (TISM) employed analyze interrelationships among determine each enabler’s hierarchies, further representing them diagraph. Finally, are classified cross-impact matrix multiplication applied classification (MICMAC) analysis, graph plotted. results obtained from deterministic assessment model provide critical for their hierarchies valuable insights researchers context study.
